After one month with my new tank setup I decided it was time to do a water and canister filter change. As a result within 5 day's of doing so, I had an algae bloom that took over the whole tank. By then I had added 3 zebra danio's, 1 of which died along with 2 of my tetra's. As this is a common occurance with my all my tank setups I decided to purchase The "GREEN KILLING MACHINE" from petsmart not wanting to use chemicals to kill the algae. As you can see from the video demonstartion, my The results were more than gratifying. I use tap water conditioner, along with other chemicals before the tank with food and limited daylight. For some reason that has always been a problem.
